Coverage Provided

• This coverage is available through the Ohio Mine Subsidence Insurance Underwriting Association for the counties designated as eligible.
• Coverage is available only for 1-4 family dwelling structures and is for loss caused by the collapse or lateral or vertical movement of structures resulting from the caving in of underground mines, including underground coal mines, clay mines, limestone mines and salt mines. It does not include loss caused by earthquake, landslide, volcanic eruption, or collapse of strip mines, any surface mines, or storm and sewer drains, or rapid transit tunnels. Definitions of and exclusions relating to the coverage are within the coverage form.
