Claims can be reported 24/7 on the Ohio FAIR Plan mobile app, this website, or by calling
614-839-6446. Claims reported after hours and during weekends and holidays are monitored by
representatives for emergencies.
The following information may help you until you receive further direction from OFPUA:
- Protect the property from further damage
- Take photos prior to making any emergency repairs or performing mitigation
- Do not discard any damaged property until it can be inspected by OFPUA
- Report theft, vandalism, or damage caused by vehicles to the police
- Keep and be prepared to submit receipts for any expenses related to the loss or for property being claimed

claims@ohiofairplan.com, or by texting your claim representative
if you've already opted in to do so.
