Claims Department

Claims can be reported 24/7 on the Ohio FAIR Plan mobile app, this website, or by calling 614-839-6446. Claims reported after hours and during weekends and holidays are monitored by representatives for emergencies.

The following information may help you until you receive further direction from OFPUA:

  • Protect the property from further damage
  • Take photos prior to making any emergency repairs or performing mitigation
  • Do not discard any damaged property until it can be inspected by OFPUA
  • Report theft, vandalism, or damage caused by vehicles to the police
  • Keep and be prepared to submit receipts for any expenses related to the loss or for property being claimed

Information for existing claims can be submitted using the Upload Files feature, by emailing claims@ohiofairplan.com, or by texting your claim representative if you've already opted in to do so.
